Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the PrimeWealth NG platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all investors, visitors, and users of primewealthng.com.

PrimeWealth NG offers fixed-return investment plans with defined ROI percentages and durations. By investing, you acknowledge:

3. Payments and Deposits

All payments are processed via Paystack, a licensed payment gateway. PrimeWealth NG does not store your card or bank credentials. Payments can be made via bank transfer, card, or USSD. Once a payment is confirmed by Paystack, the investment is activated and the maturity date is set.

4. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests can be submitted once an investment has matured. Payouts are processed to the Nigerian bank account registered in your profile. Processing takes 1–5 business days. PrimeWealth NG reserves the right to verify identity before processing large withdrawals.

5. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. PrimeWealth NG is not liable for losses arising from unauthorized account access due to user negligence. Report suspicious activity immediately to support@primewealthng.com.

PrimeWealth NG is not liable for losses arising from system downtime, force majeure events, or third-party payment failures outside our control. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you have invested with us.
